Not only teachers, but also role models
Our teachers meet rigorous hiring standards, bring an unmatched commitment and passion to their work (both inside and outside the classroom) and strive to be role models for their students.
Across the CSA, 51% of our teachers have advanced degrees. In our high schools, this figure is 62%. All CSA teachers are certified or working towards their certification.
We have partnerships with Boston College, Stonehill College, Bridgewater State University and other institutions to provide professional development to our teachers. In addition, we work with Providence College to encourage recent graduates to contribute two years of service as teachers in our schools.
If you are interested in working in one of our schools please visit our Job Opportunities page for current job openings.
