How to Apply

Applications for the 2023-2024 school-year are now open. Returning student applications must be completed by March 24, 2023.

FACE uses the FACTS Tuition Management system to gather specific data in order to determine your level of financial aid. Factors, such as income, expenses, household size, and number of children in Catholic schools, are used to help FACE make an informed decision about the amount of financial aid needed for each family. The application is only available online.

Complete only one FACTS application for your family, including all students in the family (elementary and high school) on the same form. The cost per application is $40.

New applicants can go to https://online.factsmgt.com/aid to register.  Returning students need to update their FACTS application each year.

Students must be registered at one of our Catholic schools to be considered for a FACE scholarship. It is very important to have your application complete by the deadline to ensure your family is considered for scholarship opportunities.

Families must submit their application, 2021 Federal tax-returns, 2022 W-2’s and other non-taxable documentation along with the $40 non-refundable application fee. If applicants do not have W-2 income 2022 Federal Tax Returns are requested.
