Our students grow and prosper spiritually, academically, emotionally and socially.
We teach respect for the dignity of every person solely because they are a child of God, not because of anything they do, have or profess.
By infusing religion throughout the curriculum, we help our students become well-rounded individuals who contribute to society in a variety of ways.
In addition to core classes, our schools offer a wide range of subjects, including technology, visual and performing arts, religion and more.
The CSA is implementing a variety of instructional models, including blended and personalized learning, in response to the diversity of learning styles among our students. Blended learning is teacher-directed instruction that leverages the strengths of digital instruction to personalize lessons based on student needs.
Learning doesn’t stop when the bell rings. Our schools offer a variety of clubs, sports, and activities that students are encouraged to participate in. Some of the clubs offered in our elementary schools include Robotics, drama, Mad Science, craft clubs, Computer Art and Design, music clubs, and sports teams. All of our high schools have competitive athletic programs and a variety of clubs including National Honors Society, yearbook, newspaper / journalism, debate team, film, poetry, fencing, Student Council, improv, and photography.
Kids at my school have a real diversity of interests. Personally, I've tried new things that I never thought I would."Jasmine, student, Bishop Stang
"By the definition of being Catholic, we're called to be inclusive and respectful of all people. Our schools emphasize the moral life, the sacramental life and respect for the dignity of every person. We realize everyone is made in God's image and likeness."Peter Shaughnessy, head of school, Bishop Stang High School
